Terms of service

The rules for using V4D.

What the service does

V4D helps registered medical practitioners turn videos they record into edited, captioned posts, and publishes them to the practitioner's own social media accounts after the practitioner approves each one. A one-page website is included.

You are responsible for what you publish

You must hold a valid registration with the relevant medical council and give us accurate details, including your registration number.

You remain responsible for everything published under your name, including compliance with the National Medical Commission's advertising and communication guidelines and any other applicable law. Our checks are an aid, not a guarantee of compliance.

You will not record or submit patient-identifiable content, patient testimonials or reviews, or claims of guaranteed outcomes. You will obtain consent from anyone else who appears in a video.

Approval and posting

Nothing is posted until you approve it. You authorise us to post approved content to the accounts you connect, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Content that uses AI-generated visuals is labelled as AI-assisted. You agree not to remove the label.

Fees and tax

Fees are shown on the pricing page, per doctor, excluding GST, which is added at the applicable rate.

Each plan covers a fair-use number of videos per month. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: what happens above the cap.]

Cancellation and refunds

See the refund policy.

Limits of our responsibility

We do not guarantee any number of patients, followers, views or enquiries. Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn can change or suspend access, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

[LAWYER TO COMPLETE: limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction.]
