Refund and cancellation policy

Proposed defaults, to be confirmed.

Cancellation

[OWNER TO CONFIRM] Monthly plans: you can cancel before the next billing date and the plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

[OWNER TO CONFIRM] Monthly fees are not refunded once the month's processing has started. Annual plans: refund within a set number of days of purchase if no videos have been processed, otherwise none.

If we fail to deliver the service because of our own fault, we will correct it or refund the affected period.

Referral discounts

Referral discounts end when the referred doctor cancels. Discounts have no cash value and cannot reduce a bill below zero.
